EOL Testing

End of Line Test (EOLT) Systems for the automotive industry ensure that quality and production standards are consistently met, providing peace of mind. The EOLT connects to the automobile wire harness to simultaneously test each component.

Our team, based in the US, offers turnkey solutions for reliable and documented tests of any component on an automobile wire harness. Our systems can perform simple electrical continuity checks as well as complex functional and electro-mechanical tests. Additionally, we provide vision systems for presence/absence tests and color checks.

We custom design connection hardware, including Farka, Amphenol, and interface cables, for each application. These are fabricated with high-quality materials to ensure a reliable system interface.

The EOLT can be delivered as a stand-alone system with features such as Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), finger swipes, barcode readers, and label machines, or it can be integrated into a broader system.

EOL Testing Products

Camera Testing

Cameras are becoming increasingly integral to automotive assembly. Where once a bumper or fascia might have had a single camera, it is now common to see three or more, often from different manufacturers.

Radar Modules / Parking Assist

ADAS requirements are prevalent in automotive models, radar and ultra-sonic components are being added to offer support to drivers.

Continuity

Continuity tests can range from simple to complicated. We are able to provide a solution that is in line with unique and specific requirements.

Vision Inspection

Detecting part presence and absence, matching color on parking assist sensor ā€“ these EOL tests require a knowledge of vison systems such as Cognex or Keyence, expertise in lighting, and the ability to develop accurate testing.
